Satisfaction on the university frontline services: From the lens of transacting students and employees

چکیده
Client satisfaction is an influential predictor of academic life, such as services delivered with suitable standards. Thus, the study focused on determining level client frontline Cagayan State University in Aparri, Philippines from perspective students and employees. To assess suitability, relevance, to ensure adequate reliable information for evaluation study, researchers adopted descriptive- evaluative design ascertained clients’ received experienced campus. The however, was limited assessment respondents their contentment only providers they have encountered. results indicated a very high which heads offices gained higher ratings than that staff. When grouped according respondents’ profile, older rated younger ones. At same time, regular employees compared non-regular. result manifests students' employees’ actual performances service providers.
